The origins of the company reach to the fifties of the previous century, when the company ALMONT for the production of wooden packaging was formed. In the year 1966 the company joined the producer of aluminum semi finished goods IMPOL and appeared on the market underneath the name IMPOL-MONTAL. It performed pioneer work at development and implementation of aluminum constructions in the building industry in former Yugoslavia. At begin of the nineties of the previous century an own system of aluminum constructions, suitable for marketing in the EU, was developed. At the same time the development of various demanding final products from aluminum was going on, which allowed the progress of the company and increasing sales of aluminum semi finished goods.In year 1995 the company came into the property of 46 employees and since then its name is ALMONT d.o.o. again. With that it wishes to emphasize its tradition. ALMONT continues with the traditional orientation which means:

• direction towards processing of aluminum as basic material and as “the metal of the future”;
• development, projecting, fabrication and assembly of aluminum constructions in the building industry (own systems);
• parallel a development of different final products from aluminum;
• permanent care for the quality of products and services – we introduced the system of ensuring quality after ISO 9001 already in year 1997 and the environmental certificate ISO 14001 in the year 2005;
